1.Could I print my own brand/ logo?

Sure, of course, OEM printing logo/pattern is welcomed based on MOQ. For other personal customizations, welcome to consult us, and
we will try our best to implement them for you.

2.Could we do customize, but we can't reach your MOQ, what should I do?

Under this condition, you can contact with our sales and check our recent order schedule, if we have same or similar palette is going to do

mass production and you can accept, you can place a smaller order under our MOQ, we would be very glad to assist.

3.Can I get a sample before placing big orders?

Yes, welcome to buy sample to test first, normally for available stock samples, we could ship out within 3 days. Customize sample
7-10 days.

4.If there are no samples in stock, can we make a sample?

Yes, we can make a sample. Sampling fees need to be charged. The sample needs to be separately debugged in the laboratory, and a sampling fee of 1000 RMB will be charged.

5.What's the universal lead time for order delivery?

Goods in stock: 2-10 working days.
Mass production: 25-35 working days (It's longer in peak season .)

6.Which shipping way is available and how to track?

By sea to your nearest port
By air to your nearest airport
By express (DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,EMS)to your door
When your order shipping out, we will provide you a tracking no. then you can know clearly the status of the goods.

7.My package has missing products. What should I do?

Please contact us timely and take all the products pictures together, at the same time we will confirm your order with our warehouse. We apologize for any inconveniences!

8.If got broken powders in my products.What should I do?

Generally, broken rate from 1%-3% is normal, if it is over than 3%, please send pictures in time, we will compensate at your next order.

9.Do you test on animals?

Our products are 100% cruelty-free. We never test products on animals.
